Redmine is a complex application with many connected sections. Supporting it requires knowing why something works the way it does but building that expertise in house takes a long time and won’t help solve a problem now.

My Redmine support plans will let you stop worrying about supporting Redmine and get back to what you want to do. I offer several support plans so you can pick the one based on the level of support you need.

Each plan is available with either a 6 or 12 month term. You can select one from below or contact me for a custom plan.

Bronze

Best for smaller Redmines, around 20 users

Notes

  • Business days are Monday through Friday 8am-6pm (PST), excluding major US holidays.
  • Remote url monitoring requires an installation accessible from the public Internet. Password protected sites are supported.
  • Remove server monitoring requires the installation and configuration of a monitoring agent.
  • Install and setup support includes the installation and configuration of the base Redmine system as well as general support questions for a week following the installation. This will count as one support incident for the month.
  • Install and setup support requires a Linux server that is publicly accessible from the public Internet. A VPN or other secure connection is permitted.
  • The fee for the full support term is due on acceptance.
