Shopify Apps Refund Policy

Here you’ll find the complete refund policy for all Little Stream Software Shopify apps.

As a general rule, be nice and try to work with me.

I’m a small, independent business and I’d much rather find a way to correct any problem so you can get value from my apps. An uninstall and refund request should not be the first option.

All policies are subject to change at any time.

Double charges on any app

If you’ve gotten a double charge, please contact me immediately.

All apps are required to use Shopify’s billing system. Under some conditions an unintentional double charge will occur.

If this happens, contact me and do not uninstall. As long as you have the app installed, I can reverse double charges. But if you uninstall, there’s very little I can do.

JSON-LD for SEO refund policy

If JSON-LD for SEO cannot be installed into your theme automatically, contact me at the support address above and I’ll be happy to investigate and try to add compatibility with your theme.

Most themes are compatible though some may require some adjustments to get working. In reality, I’ve only had to manually adjust 1 customer’s install and they has a self-described "complicated and customized" theme. A single email to me and a few minutes of work got them up and running.

A refund will only be given if JSON-LD for SEO cannot be installed.

Refunds will not be given if:

  • the JSON-LD structured data is exported into a valid format for Google’s Structured Data Testing Tool, or
  • your theme has incorrect structured data that Google’s Structured Data Testing Tool is also reporting, or
  • your search listings do not change or you do no get Rich Snippets or other search enhancements, since this is controlled by Google and no one is able to control these except for them, or
  • JSON-LD for SEO is unable to access the structured data for your product reviews or if a 3rd party product reviews app breaks the integration.

If you think you have an installation problem, contact me at the support address so I can review the installation and make any adjustments needed.

Sticky refund policy

If Sticky and your theme aren’t working, contact me at the support address above and I’ll be happy to investigate and try to add compatibility with your theme.

If I can’t fix it after an investigation and you’re purchased within the last 30 days, I’d be happy to refund your purchase.

Refund requests after 30 days will not be given.

Dripify refund policy

If Dripify and your theme aren’t working, contact me at the support address above and I’ll be happy to investigate and try to add compatibility with your theme.

Repeat Customer Notifications refund policy

Refunds will not be allowed for prior months.
