As part of my work on improving the advice inside Repeat Customer Insights I did an audit of what checks the app performed.
These are things like checking the current Average Order Value against your historic performance or that the Repeat Purchase Rate is higher than the industry average.
While doing this audit I found a lot of insights that I can add with very little effort. In the first pass I added eleven new checks (from 28 to 39) and improved a handful of others to apply to more places.
Since a big reason why my customers use the app is these automated checks and advice, this was time well spent. Even if it's taken longer than I planned.
When you improve the part of a product that customers care about, the long-term returns can make it worthwhile.
