There's still time to run a 4th of July promotion, if you're safe about it

Happy 4th of July to you.

As the US's Independence Day, it gets a lot of attention every year.

Today and through the weekend is a good time to feature your summer promotions (or create one if you don't have one yet).

It will be competitive though as many other stores are promoting at this time. But that shouldn't stop you, someone is always running something in each market.

Like always, don't get over-zealous with discounts. Winning a customer at a loss because you'll make up your profit later is a risky gamble (even if your average LTV says so).
