To help out, I've given every Repeat Customer Insights store access to the 4th quarter reports, no matter what subscription plan. (Normally only part of the $99 Growth plan)
This means you'd be able to track dozens of different metrics and behaviors during this holiday season. It includes 13 of your store metrics like AOV or Returning Customer Rate, measures how soon customers are reordering (Latency), and has the Insights Engine benchmark your quarter performance against your averages and recommend improvements.
All current subscribers should now have access to the 2023 Quarter 4 reports.
If you're not a subscriber yet, you can signup for any plan and get access too.
I'll keep this limited access enabled through the end of 2023 and probably a couple of days into January. That'll give you time to get the final year-end numbers if you need them.
