What is the best report to determine most loyal consistent purchasers?
You’ll want to use the Customer Segmenting reports for that.
You can also use the Customer Grid as it’s a more visual report of the same data. Clicking on any of the of grid items will take you to the specific segment in the Customer Segmenting report.
Consistency is related to the Frequency component of RFM so you’ll want to look at the higher values (e.g. more frequent customers to keep happy) and lower values (e.g. as a way to focus improvements). Specific segments would be:
- VIP (RF)
- Defection risk loyal – if you want to see who used to be loyal and might be at risk of defecting
If you use the Export component you can get copies of these lists too. The Segments column lists all of the named segments a customer belongs to and you can look at the Frequency score to see how frequently each customer orders.

Use cohorts to find out who the best customers are in your Shopify store
Repeat Customer Insights will automatically group your customers into cohorts based on when they first purchased. This will let you see how the date customers bought would impact their behavior.
