As October starts to wrap up, I wanted to remind you about a deadline coming up for my app Repeat Customer Insights. We're now near November 1st which is the next time the app saves the snapshots of the Customer Grid analysis.
This is where it saves how your Customer Grids and segments appeared on the 1st so that you can compare how it changes in the future.
November 1st's will be a critical one going into the holiday season as it's the last one before the holidays. Come January once the holidays all play out, you'll be able to look back and see how your customer segments shifted.
e.g. Did more customers become loyal? Did a lot defect? Were they spending more than usual in each order, or less?
These kinds of questions are what the snapshots of the Customer Grid history can help answer.
They are created automatically for active Repeat Customer Insights accounts on the Entrepreneur and Growth plans. As long as you signup or keep your account active before the 1st rolls around, the system will save the snapshot automatically.
Market to your customer's timing
Figure out how long customers wait in-between purchases and you have a key component for your marketing timing. This is the basis of the Average Latency metric and Order Sequence Report in Repeat Customer Insights.
