Tomorrow’s the start of a new month and I wanted to give you a heads-up.
Shopify stores with Repeat Customer Insights will have their monthly customer segment snapshots taken and saved for analysis on the 1st.
This shows up in the Customer Grid, allowing you to look back in time or even compare two different dates. It shows how your customer behavior has shifted and evolved over time. Loyalty, defection, AOV trends, etc.
If you don’t have the app installed yet or have an account that doesn’t have the Customer Grid history, you still have time today to install or upgrade.
Use cohorts to find out who the best customers are in your Shopify store
Repeat Customer Insights will automatically group your customers into cohorts based on when they first purchased. This will let you see how the date customers bought would impact their behavior.
