October.
The month of bags of candy, leaves changing color, and the rush to get everything done before the holiday sales season starts.
If you're feeling stressed or overwhelmed, try this to reduce the pressure:
Pick two projects or campaigns that you want to succeed.
Focus your time on them.
Ignore any other project until those two are done.
Two great completed projects will be better than half a dozen mediocre projects that were halfway released.
This is what I'm planning for November and December (my business cycle is slightly shifted from retail/ecommerce).
- Get back into my content-based SEO project.
- Rebooting my steady builder email marketing plan.
By focusing on the success of them and only them, they'll strengthen my existing marketing and set me up for growth of my app into 2022 and 2023.
