Preventing the problem from coming back

This morning I spent 30 minutes weeding a couple of areas in front of our house.

This will be the 3rd time in three months I've had to do this, mostly because of some persistent weeds.

This time though, I got tired of weeding and took three wheelbarrows of wood mulch and dumped it on top of the bare soil.

We weren't planning to mulch there yet but after seeing how much time I was wasting weeding those spots over and over again, it made sense to finally do it right.

Later on we can always remove the mulch if we want it someplace else.

But in the meantime, I've just saved myself 30 minutes of work every month (more if those weeds spread).

There are plenty of one-time things you can do in your Shopify store which can save you time again and again.

A small one that can have a major positive impact is to create a new customer welcome campaign.

After a new customer orders, they'd get this campaign and it'll include shipping information, product details, customer service FAQs, and anything else that a new customer would want to know.

You take the time to create it once and then save time with repetitive customer service requests.

And you can start to influence the customer to buy again, which is one of the strongest pieces of advice that Repeat Customer Insights offers.

Get a customer to place their 2nd order and you're well on your way to a loyal customer base.
