Shopify posted a collection of 67 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Ecommerce.

I might argue that when there are 67 things, calling them all "Key" kinda misses the mark but KPIs are such a popular acronym that it’s okay.

At the very end is the most important part: where a few sample goals are presented along with the KPIs that you should track for those goals. That’s how metrics should be measured, in service to your business goals.

Email Marketing in Ecommerce: Tips from Sending 137+ Million in a Single Quarter

I’m a big fan of email marketing, though I’m nowhere near the amount of emails Oracle sends.

There are a few good email marketing tips in this article from them, though I would caution a bit of restraint on pop-ups. Use one or two at the most but make their behavior different so your customer isn’t barraged by them.

The personalization tips are spot-on though.
