This week I want to try something different. I found two newly published articles this week, both on different aspects of email marketing for your store.
First there’s Shopify where they describe different types of drip email campaigns including the welcome email, post-purchase emails, event emails, and offer emails.
Next Jilt digs into how to create a welcome email campaign which goes into more depth on that specific type.
Shopify’s is great to get an overview of email marketing for your Shopify store. Jilt’s is a deeper dive for one campaign type.
My advice: Focus on your welcome campaigns for new subscribers (non-customers) and customers. Those two campaigns are where I’ve seen the more value from email marketing and the most influence on securing repeat purchases
