Shopify Dispatch Issue #269 - Post-purchase upsells, Font sizes

How to Boost Revenue and AOV with Post-Purchase Upsells

Krista Walsh writes about where post-purchase upsells can help and offers some setup tips to make the most of them in Shopify.

They could be an easy win this season but you'll want to test how well they flow and integrate with your checkout. e.g. Be careful about using both checkout upsells and email upsells at the same time.

Is my Shopify website font size too small?

It might seem like a minor issue but font-size can make a huge difference in keeping customers on your store. If they can't read your content or they have to squint, they are likely to bounce.

Ilana Davis writes about how many Shopify stores are using too small of a font size because some designers are still stuck in the print world.

For comparison, I made it a point to have my own website very content focused so it uses 19px (~14pt) for text and 46px (34pt) for headlines. Sounds large but it makes for a very readable website.
